Hi, I am wondering if it is possible to explore the files inside a backup made by Vertical Backup?
For instance, If a user accidentally deletes a file, can a particular file be recovered from the backup without restoring the the whole vm?

Vertical Backup doesn't support this. You'll need to restore the vm first in order to access individual files.
