hi,
i have emailed you, but maybe some people have the problem too. With my new personal license, i get the follwing error:

So please fix tha bugs with umlauts or change my name in my license. Thanks!

This is indeed caused by the unicode characters in the license name. I think I fixed the bug in version 1.1.1 but there is another place that I missed and if you run the backup command with the --email switch the bug will appear again.
I uploaded a new 1.1.4 build at http://acrosync.com/esxi/vertical (sha256: 76f8cb6680c8b71fb82ff84f6d799ee115445964cee276805dbd6bd4de8fe67a) that should work.

Thanks, it works. Backups will be created... But there are no emails anymore. the email switch works with the --test i reconfiguered it and wait for it now.
Any ideas? i can't find a log file...

in the email itself is the umlauts problem too :-P But that is cosmetics...
Another Question: Is it possible to send ONLY failed emails?
