Hi,
it would be alot nicer if we could set the mailsubject dependent on the success or failure of the backup.
Sorry, if i create issue after issue, but i think thats what beta testers are for.

Currently a string "[FAILURE]' will be added to the subject if the backup fails. I'll try to add a --failure-subject option for the next version.
Please submit as many issues as you can!
